Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Peru (PUCP). Specialized in Public Procurement from the Center for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (CARC); with a specialization in Comprehensive Public Infrastructure Management: PPPs, OxI, G2G, and Asset Projects from the School of Public Management at the Universidad del Pacífico.
