Barrios & Fuentes, Abogados (BAFUR) displays its actions in the field of social responsibility on three well-defined fronts:

Support for SOCIAL welfare institutions

Imbued with a spirit of solidarity with the needy. Our study provides free professional advice to various institutions that are dedicated to social good works in favor of the poor. This way we reach the needy in an efficient and organized way.
Among the social welfare institutions we support under the «Pro Bono» modality are:

Peruvian American Medical Society for Peru (PAMS for Peru)
A non-profit association dedicated to promoting improvements in the quality of health care for Peruvians in Peru, especially those most in need and improving medical education in Peru. It is an institution that operates under the Egida of the Peruvian American medical Society (PAMS), composed of Peruvian doctors resident in the United States of America dedicated to bridle medical-educational aid oriented to the population of scarce economic resources at the level National, performing free medical missions in the different specialties in the poorest areas of Peru.

San Vicente Charities Association (Vincentian Volunteers)
A non-profit association dedicated to providing material and spiritual help to the elderly, witnessing the charity of Christ and the tradition of St. Vincent de Paul. They lend aid under the Vicentino concept of «organized charity.»

Association I learn with you
Non-profit association established with the aim of creating, developing, implementing and evaluating educational and recreational programs for children, youth and adults in order to encourage those involved to continue their studies-interrupted by medical care that require hospitalization-when they leave the treatment in the hospital in the mode of internment. She develops a commendable work with children at the Institute of Neoplastic Diseases – INEN and the National Institute of Child Health – INSN.

San Isidro Child Protection Association
A non-profit institution that provides social assistance for poor children by offering Christian education and assistance to less economically-favored children. They lead an emblematic school from cradle, Garden, primary and secondary normal and technical.

Association angels of Charity and music
A non-profit organization whose purpose is welfare and welfare for poor, helpless, orphaned and abandoned children, irrespective of their ethnicity, origin, sex or religion.

Vicariate San Juan de Sahagun de Chulucanas
Catholic Religious association erected as Regional Vicariate of the Chicago Province of the Order of St. Augustine. He performs extensive pastoral work in the highlands of the region of Piura and other localities of Peru.

The non-governmental and allied organizations ‘ working Group on older adults – Peru
Constituted by a group of institutions whose objective is to work with and by the elderly people of our country, seeking to improve their quality of life through the impact in the spaces where the decisions of government are made, so that they are established Care policies addressed to them.

The Oberle Foundation
Institution of German origin that economically assists various local charitable institutions widely recognized in our midst for their work with the helpless. Our support circumscribes the line of consultancy to various charitable institutions to which the expressed foundation assists and that we request.

Support for needy natural people

Also within the desire to put our time and knowledge as a courtesy in favor of the needy and helpless we serve several individuals who seek us for a professional orientation.

Support for professional institutions

Within the spirit of solidarity that encourages us, we collaborate in giving our free legal advice to the Union institutions, of which we are part as consultants, members of commissions and/or members of the respective board of directors and that in essence. They promote the development of the country through freedom of enterprise and international trade. It is not alien to this effort our conviction that through development we achieve the reduction of poverty rates.
