Has a solid experience in Contracting with the State, Construction Law, Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration in Public Contracting.

Registered in the Registry of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Centers of the Cámara de Comercio y Producción de La Libertad, the Colegio de Abogados de San Martín, the Cámara Chinchana de Comercio, Industria, Turismo, Servicio y Agricultura, the Cámara de Comercio de Ica, the Cámara de Comercio y Producción de la Provincia del Santa, the Centro de Arbitraje de la Association Dispute Resolution Perú (ADR-Perú), the Centro de Arbitraje Nacional e Internacional de Peruvian Chamber of Business, and the Centro de Mediación y Arbitraje de la Liga de Defensa Comercial (CMYA LIDECO) from Uruguay.

Education
He graduated from the National University of Trujillo and is a graduate of the Master’s Degree in Regulation of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas – UPC. He was Arbitral Secretary in the Administrative Arbitration Directorate of the OSCE.
He has specialized studies in: Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration of Investments by the International Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation Center (CIAMEN) of the Instituto Universitario de Estudios Europeos de la Universidad CEU de San Pablo (Madrid), by the Arbitration school of the Chamber of Commerce of Representatives of Bogotá, by the Universidad Austral de Argentina, and by American University Washington College of Law; in Contracting of the State by the ESAN University; and, in Construction Law by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas – UPC
