Education
Master in Civil Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Lawyer by San Martín de Porres University. He has a high degree of specialization in patrimonial civil law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and specialization in State Contracts, Arbitration and Administrative Law from the Center for Conflict Analysis and Resolution of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Teaching activity and publications
Professor of Civil Law at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP).
He is the author of several academic publications such as: The comments to articles 1551 to 1555, 1675 and 1676, as well as 1790 to 1808 of the Civil Code in the Collective Work called “Comments to the Civil Code” directed by Professor Juan Espinoza Espinoza, edited by the Pacific Institute / Brief notes on the possibility of employing the punitive function of the extra-contractual civil liability when compensating moral damage.
