With studies in the master of Regulation of public services and infrastructure management at the University of the Pacific and the International Master in Infrastructure management at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Teaching activity
He has carried out teaching work in the most prestigious faculties of law of the country in matters of alternative mechanisms of dispute resolution (in particular: Arbitration), contracts: general part, obligations and public procurement, and at the present time it is Professor at the University of Piura. He is also a speaker at different academic events

He is the author of the book: «The relationship between referee parties» and has several articles and publications made
