Have significant experience in labor counseling, preparation of hiring schemes for domestic and foreign personnel, remuneration structures, termination of employment procedures, labor audits and due diligence, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. She also participates in administrative proceedings before the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection and in labor judicial proceedings
