Specialization: Has more than ten years of experience in advising national and international companies on Labor, Labor litigation, labor tax, social security and migration.

Her experience includes design and elaboration of compensation plans, benefits and option to buy stock options, as well as advising in the programs of collective cessation and reduction of personnel, due diligence and revision of fulfillment of obligations Labor, Hiring and cessation of national and foreign workers, working days in special labor regimes, determination of labor benefits, taxes and contributions levied on remuneration, application of the Aliens Act, migratory procedures for obtaining work visas and in judicial Proceedings and inspection procedures before the Ministry of Labour and Promotion of employment.

Education
She is a lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and is currently studying a master’s degree in organizational development and people management at the University of the Pacific.
